Overview

Purpose

My name is Kelsie Garcia. My website business is called Kelsie Garcia Websites. I create and maintain websites for small businesses around the Hawaiian Islands. My specialty is working with people who desire a web presence for their services for others. Whether it be a new business owner or someone who has been established, I will create a plan unique for their business needs while using my expertise for a well laid out website and top of the line functionality. Have you ever tried to look up a company on the internet and find that they don’t exist or their information is out dated? The website needs to be simple and easy to navigate. That is what I want to provide for business owners.

Audience

Here I will show you examples of what I have created for my clients. Please feel free to click on some buttons and scroll around for some fun! I love showing clients what I can do with colors and page layouts. Once I sit down and learn more about your business, I will work on a unique site plan that is tailored just for you. After my website is ready for you and your clients, there is no goodbye, I will be around for monthly maintenance if you so desire.

My Work

Welcome to my page that shows all my work! I've worked on my own personal website with WebFlow. It's shows my resume and a little about my life. This is a preschool website I work on for my daughter's school. It's done with Wixsite. I redesigned most of the pages with written help from other mom's who volunteer their skills to the preschool. This is a website I am currently working on while I am getting my Bachelor's Degree. It's completely raw code with just HTML and CSS and hosted by Github.

About Me

This page will be about me and my family. I grew up in Utah and always lived far away from major cities. I lived in Lakepoint, Utah and Dammeron Valley, Utah. Both are little towns about 20 minutes away from the nearest small city. I grew up playing in the dirt, fishing, and 4-wheeling with my family. Now that I have my own family, I'm living in Hawaii and loving the island life. My two kids love playing at the beach and being next to cousins. There is so much aloha and happy that my kids get to live and experience the Hawaiian life. I'm currently working for my Bachelor's in Applied Technology from BYUI and have experience with languages such as Ruby on Rails, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Python. I attended a bootcamp for fullstack coding program and have some working experience as a QA tester before I started my family and made the move to the Island. My hopes and dreams are to have my own business making websites for the businesses here in Hawaii.
